PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable route conditions in the advancing direction, and a landmark or the like at the next intersection for right or left turn to be fully known, even at a display screen switch such as at immediately after turning an intersection, or the like. SOLUTION: When a display screen is switched, a map without any buildings is displayed once, and then a building is three-dimensionally displayed on the map, thus verifying a far condition of a road, where a vehicle is driving currently, and the connection condition of another road to the road, where the vehicle is driving, while a map is being displayed. Additionally, when the building is displayed three-dimensionally, a plurality of buildings are three-dimensionally displayed at a time interval so that a user can visually recognize respective buildings in the order from a far building from an own vehicle position, thus enabling the user to verify the plurality of buildings one by one without being interfered by the building this side.
