An air conditioner is provided to protect a heat exchanger from corroding by using sacrificial anode method or coating the heat exchanger with anticorrosive paint. An air conditioner comprises an indoor heat exchanger(60) performing heat exchange, and a compressor for compressing refrigerant. The heat exchanger is subject to an anti-corrosion treatment by sacrificial anode method by connecting a base metal being consumed on behalf of the heat exchanger to the heat exchanger, and by coating anticorrosive paint over a surface of the heat exchanger. |
