An industrial high-strength polyethylene-terephthalate yarn with good thermal performance is provided to optimize the temperature of a hood heater and a quenching air temperature and to represent the high modulus, high strength and low cutting ratio. A polyester chip with the average molecular weight of 35,000-50,000 is melted at an extruder(1) and thereafter filtered at a back filter(the filter size of 30 micrometer)(3). The temperature of hood heaters(4-6) are raised to 300-450 degrees in centigrade so that the filament is spun. The temperature of the quenching air below the hood heaters is lowered and the inhalation(7) and discharge(8) are performed, so that the spun filament has a non-alignment structure maximally. The proper amount of oil is offered to the solidified yarn at an oiling roller. Thereafter, the yarn is previously twisted at the godet roller 2(10) and a roller 3(11) and thereafter is twisted with high ratio at the godet roller 3(11) and a roller 4(12) secondly. The temperature of the godet roller 5(13) is raised into 200-230 degrees in centigrade so that the crystal in the fiber is increased. Thereafter the fiber is relaxed at the roller 4 and the roller 5(13) and wound. |
