An image forming apparatus is provided to inhibit the influences such as the unnecessary radiation due to a long line to the minimum and to perform a good signal processing. An elevation member(120) is erected at the rear of a base member(110) with a predetermined angle. A panel support member(130) is connected with the upper portion of the elevation member. The panel support member includes an edge portion. An image display area of a display panel(150) is arranged in the edge portion. An organic EL(Electro Luminescence) is used as the image display panel. The base member and the elevation member have the same width as the panel support member. An angle formed by the base member and the elevation member is about 45 degrees. The panel support member is slanted toward the back slightly. A circuit substrate is arranged at the center of the base member. A shielding plate is arranged on the circuit substrate. The circuit substrate is arranged horizontally to the base substrate. A cooling pipe is attached at the shielding plate. A component for constructing power input terminal, an F terminal, an HDMI terminal and a LAN terminal is attached to on the rear end of the substrate.
