PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both initial foamability and operability and produce the subject foam by using a specific initial foamability improving agent when reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, or the like. SOLUTION: (G) An amine compound selected from formula I [R1 to R4 are each H or a 1-4C lower alkyl; (a) is 1-50], formula II [R5 to R10 are each H or a 1-4C lower alkyl; (x), (y) and (z) are each 1-50; A is glycerol or trimethylolpropane], formula III [(b) is 2-8], formula IV [R11 to R12 are each H or a 1-4C lower alkyl; A is O or N; R13 has no connecting group when A is O and is H when A is N; B is H when A is O and is a hydroxyalkyl when A is N; (c) is 1-31 and formula V [(d) is 2-12] is used as an initial foamability improving agent when reacting (A) a polyol with (B) a polyisocyanate in the presence of (C) a catalyst, (D) a foaming agent and (E) a foam stabilizer and, as necessary, (F) other auxiliaries. |
