The construction has a platform, and steel beams (4) supported on a foundation of ground, where the steel beams are arranged parallel to each other. Chassis units i.e. planar steel plates (5), are supported on the steel beams, and a set of plates (10) are supported on the chassis units which are made of steel. Supporting units (7) are mounted on the chassis units, where the plates (10) are supported on the supporting units. The chassis units are formed by oblong steel sections.
