A hand dryer radiating hot wind and far/near infrared rays is provided to demonstrate a high-speed drying operation at high efficiency, and to activate or vitalize cell tissues of the hand as part of fomentation effects. A hand dryer(100) comprises a power supply built in an exterior casing(110); a lamp cap(131) with a reflective plate(132) installed at an underneath side(110a) of the exterior casing; a near infrared radiation lamp(130) fixed at the lamp cap, operating under the control of a controller; far infrared radiation lamps(140,140') operating under the control of a controller; and circular lamp caps(141,141') with reflective plates(142), which are installed at the underneath side of the exterior casing, and at which the far infrared radiation lamps are fixed. Further, the hand dryer includes a memory(123) for storing animation video and audio data, a digital signal processor, a video decoder, a display(126), an audio decoder, and speakers(129). |
