A therapeutic method by using a stem cell or a hematopoietic stem cell is provided to prevent side effects and transplantation rejection of therapy, treat blood cancer or leukemia and general diseases, and reduce the time of therapy by eliminating tissue test by using auto stem cell or auto hematopoietic stem cell. A therapeutic method by using a CD34 stem cell or a hematopoietic stem cell comprises the steps of: gathering the stem cell or hematopoietic stem cell into the peripheral blood; extracting the gathered stem cell or hematopoietic stem cell; storing the extracted stem cell or hematopoietic stem cell for a certain time; and employing the stored stem cell or hematopoietic stem cell to a person who extracts it in order to treat diseases as blood cancer, leukemia, nerve disease or viral disease. Further, the extracted stem cell or hematopoietic stem cell is used for regeneration. |
