A grouting apparatus and a grouting method are provided to keep the discharging pressure of filling material low by opening tips of a tip unit when the inner pressure of the tip unit rises. A grouting apparatus and a grouting method comprises a tip unit(10), an injection pipe(20), and an extension hose(30). The tip unit injects filling material under the ground. The injection pipe, which is connected with the tip unit to supply the filling material, includes a plurality of pipe segments(20a,20b,20c). The pipe segments are connected with each other. The extension hose, which is connected with the injection pipe to supply the filling material, includes a plurality of hose segments(30a,30b,30c). The hose segments have the same length as the pipe segments and connect with each other. A filling material mixing unit(40), having center and side rings, is installed between the extension hose and supply hoses(50a,50b) to mix different filling materials. The tip unit includes an inner pipe having a plurality of injection holes and an outer pipe having a plurality tips. The tips of the tip unit open outwards when the pressure of the filling material rises. |
