PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container in which ink dripping or scattering from a liquid collection port has no effect on a circuit board. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 14 contains a plurality of ink packs in a liquid case consisting of a case body 32 and a cover. A part 43 for supporting an ink pad lead-out member is formed on the front 32a of the liquid case. A waste ink collection port 44a is formed in the front 32a of the liquid case on one side thereof. A recess 46 for containing a substrate is formed in the front 32a of the liquid case on the side opposite to the waste ink collection port 44a while holding the supporting part 43 between and a circuit board 37 is provided in the recess 46.
