<p>A building management system and a controlling method thereof are provided to allow remote control of a plurality of air conditioners through internet, by selectively operating the air conditioners by different operation modes. A building management system comprises a central control unit(40), a communication device(50). The central control unit, connected to internal by wires or wirelessly, is configured to control a plurality of air conditioners. The communication device is configured to remote control the operations of the air conditioners from outside to the central control unit by setting operation modes and the operations of each operation mode.</p> |
