摘要 A low temperature sintered microwave dielectric ceramics is provided to obtain low permittivity and excellent microwave dielectric property by adding B2O3-ZnO-Na2O-SiO2-Al2O3 based glass frit to MgO-SiO2 based ceramics. A low temperature sintered microwave dielectric ceramics has a composition equation represented by (aMgO-bSiO2)+alpha(cB2O3-dZnO-eNa2O-fSiO2-gAl2O3), wherein a is ranged from 1.0mol% to 2.0mol%, b is ranged from 1.0mol% to 2.0mol%, c is ranged from 50wt% to 60wt%, d is ranged from 30wt% to 40wt%, e is ranged from 5wt% to 12wt%, f is ranged from 3wt% to 10wt%, g is ranged from 0 to 5wt%, and alpha is 20-50vol.%. A manufacturing method of the dielectric ceramics comprises steps of: mixing MgO and SiO2 according to a composition equation represented by aMgO-bSiO2, wherein a is ranged from 1.0mol% to 2.0mol%, b is ranged from 1.0mol% to 2.0mol%, followed by calcining the mixture; mixing B2O, ZnO, Na2O, SiO2 and Al2O3 according to a composition equation represented by cB2O3-dZnO-eNa2O-fSiO2-gAl2O3, wherein c is ranged from 50wt% to 60wt%, d is ranged from 30wt% to 40wt%, e is ranged from 5wt% to 12wt%, f is ranged from 3wt% to 10wt%, g is ranged from 0 to 5wt%, melting the mixture, forming a sheet with the melted mixture, and grinding the sheet in order to prepare a glass frit composition; mixing the glass frit composition with the previous calcined mixture, and drying the mixture; and forming and calcining the dried powder.
