A refrigerator is provided to prevent ice in a container from being molten and tangled even when the container is mounted in a door of a refrigerating compartment by supplying chilled air to the container via a chilled air path. A refrigerator(10) includes a main body(11) having at least a refrigerating compartment(15) and a chilled air path such as a chilled air duct(18) for supplying chilled air to the refrigerating compartment, a door(12) for opening or closing the refrigerating compartment, a shelf(112) mounted in the refrigerating compartment, and a container such as an ice bank(21) mounted to the door for storing ice inside. The chilled air duct is extended forward along the shelf and having an outlet facing the container for discharging the chilled air to the container.
