PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide telephone communication equipment that adopts voice conversion without giving rise to a crime. SOLUTION: This telephone communication equipment comprises a video transmission unit 19, a voice transmission unit 19, a transmission change unit 14 for changing transmission voice, a video receiving unit 21, a voice receiving unit 21, a reception change unit 27 for changing received voice 25 and a conversion unit 38 for converting a communication mode. The equipment has a video transmission single mode, a voice transmission single mode, a simultaneous transmission mode that is for simultaneous transmission of video transmission and voice transmission, a video reception single mode, a voice reception single mode, and a simultaneous reception mode that is for simultaneous reception of video reception and voice reception. Tone quality to be transmitted can be changed only in the transmission mode. Not only for communication use but also for speech communication for enjoyment, it is possible to have a good time as in dubbing of motion picture. In the voice transmission single mode, transmission voice is not changed. Malicious actions such as a crime and harassment are prevented by not changing transmission voice in the voice transmission single mode. |
