<p>The collar (200) has a thin strap whose ends are united to form the collar in a closed form. An adjustment unit adjusts circumference of the collar in a closed position. A retaining unit maintains the collar in the closed position with desired circumference. One of the ends of the strap is rolled up by an automatic roller (230) of the adjustment unit. The thin strap includes a principal band (220) whose two ends (221, 222) are prolonged by a cable (260), which is to be rolled up by the roller.</p> |
