<p>Methods and devices for preparing a perfume are disclosed. A method for preparing a perfume for an individual comprises the steps of: determining a genetic profile, such as an MHC-derived peptide profile, of the individual; and incorporating biological agents such as peptides in the perfume. The biological agents are selected to match the individual as determined by the profile, or to be complementary to the individual as determined by the profile whereby to be attractive to the individual.</p>
