摘要 An apparatus and a method for electroforming an anode current collector for secondary batteries using a continuous electroforming process are provided to integrally form a housing part and a supporting part, manufacture the anode current collector continuously, delay the separation of an active material from the anode current collector, adhere dissolved cations from a metal cluster to a surface of the cathode drum, and remove hydrogen gas generated from the cathode drum. An electroforming apparatus of an anode current collector for secondary batteries using a continuous electroforming process comprises: an auxiliary tank(120) for containing an electrolyte; an electrolyzer(100) on which a semi-cylindrical part is formed to contain the electrolyte of the auxiliary tank in such a shape that a central portion of a bottom face of the semi-cylindrical part is perforated, and which has an electrolyte spray channel(260) integrally formed on the central portion of the semi-cylindrical part to agitate the electrolyte by spraying the electrolyte through the electrolyte spray channel; an anode basket(300) which is installed such that the anode basket is fully dipped into the electrolyte along a curved surface of the semi-cylindrical part of the electrolyzer, and in which a metal cluster(320) having the same components as the electrolyte of the electrolyzer is contained; a mesh type cathode drum which is installed in a cylindrical shape such that the cathode drum maintains a predetermined distance from the anode basket and is partially dipped into the electrolyte of the electrolyzer, which is rotated about a rotary shaft(220) by an applied power supply, and which has a housing part formed on a cylindrical outer peripheral surface thereof to house an anode current collector(10); a plurality of guide rollers(400) for supporting and guiding the anode current collector to coil the anode current collector on a coiling roller(600) continuously; and a rinsing tank(500) installed in the middle of the guide rollers to rinse a surface of the anode current collector.
