Portable bedding is provided to improve user convenience such that a user is able to sleep comfortably and conveniently, regardless of place and time, such as in camping or funeral ceremony hall where bedding is not usually provided for individuals. Portable bedding comprises: an outer skin(1) that has a laminate structure composed of top and bottom mats and a pillow in a storage space inside; and a tube-type inner skin(2) that is housed in the storage space of the outer skin and has an air injection port(50) used for air injection into an air-tight tube from the outside. When air is injected into the tube coupled to the inside of the outer skin, the bedding swells or inflates to a designated volume filled with air, resultantly creating a comfortable mat as a sleeping place for a user.
