PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a efficient fail-safe mechanism in a hydraulic power- steering device for vehicle. SOLUTION: The working fluid discharged from a main pump 1 is led to a power steering mechanism 10, the working fluid discharged from an emergency pump 4 is led to the power steering mechanism 10, a variable displacement emergency pump 4 is driven by a wheel via a power transmission 6, a regulator valve 29 is operated by the differential pressure ΔP before and behind a flow rate detecting resistor 9, and the pressure of the working fluid led to a hydraulic actuator 22 via the regulator valve 29 is adjusted to suppress the discharge flow rate of the emergency pump 4. |
