A panel type heating hose for a boiler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the installation cost by allowing everyone to easily install a heating hose. A method for manufacturing a panel type heating hose for a boiler comprises a step of installing a top mold(10) and a bottom mold(20) in a hydraulic apparatus while the top and bottom molds face each other, lifting the top mold up and then placing two synthetic resin panels on the lower mold. A pair of air nozzles(50) are provided at an inlet port and an outlet port of a water groove(11) formed in the top and bottom molds to supply air to the two synthetic resin panels. The synthetic resin panels are pressed by the top mold. In order to heat the synthetic resin panels, power is supplied to heat wires buried in the top and bottom molds by a controller to heat the top and bottom molds.
