An alignment film printing apparatus and an alignment film forming method by using the same are provided to form an alignment film pattern directly to the anylox roll by an injection compression manner. An ink jet head(52) injects the alignment film materials. The alignment film material injected from the ink jet head is coated on the outer surface of an anylox roll(23) so that an alignment film pattern is formed. A printing plate(22) is contacted with the outer surface of the anylox roll so that the alignment film pattern is transferred. The printing plate is wound to a print roll(21). The alignment film pattern transferred to the printing plate is printed to a substrate. The substrate is mounted on a print table(28). A transfer pattern is engraved on the entire surface of the printing plate. A supply tank(58) supplies the alignment film materials to the ink jet head. A compression tank(60) compresses the pressure to the supply tank. |
