An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce an error rate by bonding two different substrates after forming a thin film transistor and an organic light emitting diode on the substrates separately. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a first substrate(100), a light reflection member(102), an organic light emitting diode, and a second substrate(200). The first substrate includes a pixel unit and a non-pixel unit around the pixel unit. The light reflection member is provided on the non-pixel unit of a first surface(100b) of the first substrate. The organic light emitting diode is provided on the pixel unit of a second surface(100c) facing the first surface and generates the light. The second substrate faces the first substrate and includes a thin film transistor(Tr) electrically connected to the organic light emitting diode.
