A manufacturing method of a paper cup using corrugated cardboard is provided to create a buffer air region between the inner face and outer face of the cup, thereby blocking a heat transfer to a hand holding the cup. A manufacturing method of a paper cup(20) comprises the steps of: preparing a fiber board; coating the fiber board with a matter harmless to a human body; printing a picture or advertising words(25) on the fiber board; corrugating an outer face of the fiber board to form flutes(23); gluing the fiber board to the corrugated liner pad; and forming a paper cup with the corrugated face outside. An inside space(24) of the flutes serves as a buffer air region of heat transfer passage to prevent heat transfer to the outside of the cup.
