A push-preventing ball-point pen is provided to prevent the unnecessary use of a ball-point pen core by inserting a movable regulating piece into an insertion groove formed at a ball-point pen core push piece. A ball-point pen(1) equipped with a push-preventing regulating piece(10) is composed of: a ball-point pen core push piece(20) having a regulating piece insertion groove(11) fitted by the regulating piece; a regulating piece inserted into a groove of the ball-point pen core push piece and controlling use of the ball-point pen; and a regulating piece moving groove(12) for guiding a moving passage for moving the regulating piece down to the ball-point pen use position and moving the regulating piece up if the ball-point pen is not used. The regulating piece comes into contact with a contact surface(13) formed at the upper end of a ball-point pen body(2) if the ball-point pen is not used, and the regulating piece is positioned at the lower part of the regulating piece moving groove if the ball-point pen is used. |
