A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to fill a sealant between first and second substrates and harden the sealant to manufacture the display device, thereby preventing image display faults and preventing the lifetime of the display device from being reduced. In a first substrate(100), a display device for displaying images is disposed. A second substrate(200) faces the display device. A combining member(300) combines the first and second substrates, and forms at least one opening. A sealing member(400) is filled within a gap between the first and second substrates through the opening. The sealing member is formed between the first and second substrates by hardening sealant disposed between the first and second substrates. |
