An insulating box for packing a present is provided to improve the value of a product that is packed, to prevent the packed product from getting melt and to be utilized usefully when a product is exhibited. An insulating box for packing a present includes a box portion(10), a cover portion(20) and a connection plate(30). The box portion consists of an insulating material enclosed with a sheet paper. The cover potion covers the box portion and consists of an insulating material that is enclosed with a sheet paper. The connection plate connects one side of the box portion and one side of the cover portion. An inner insulating plate(15) is arranged on the inner bottom of the box portion. The inner insulating plate is formed by enclosing an insulating material with a sheet paper.
