An electromagnetic shielding cell and an electromagnetic shielding structure using the same are provided to construct a reliable electromagnetic shielding building by preventing electromagnetic shielding efficiency from being varied according to a position of the electromagnetic shielding structure. An electromagnetic shielding cell(200) includes an electromagnetic shielding unit(100) and a filler(150). The electromagnetic shielding unit includes a conductor. The filler is coupled with the electromagnetic shielding unit to correct specific gravity of the electromagnetic shielding unit. The electromagnetic shielding unit includes three supports connected to cross each other vertically and three pairs of plates. Respective pairs of plates are connected to both ends of each support to face each other.
