摘要 A method for producing a hot-dip aluminum coated stainless steel sheet using atmospheric pressure plasma is provided to improve wettability and adhesion between the stainless steel sheet and aluminum by subjecting the pre-treated stainless steel sheet to a hot-dip aluminum coating process after pre-treating a surface of a stainless steel sheet with atmospheric pressure plasma. A method for producing a hot-dip aluminum coated stainless steel sheet using an atmospheric pressure plasma comprises: a heating step(S204) of heating a stainless steel sheet to a preset temperature; an atmospheric pressure plasma treating step(S206) of performing an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment process on a surface of the heated stainless steel sheet; and a coating step(S208) of passing the atmospheric pressure plasma-treated stainless steel sheet through a hot-dip aluminum coating bath to perform a hot-dip aluminum coating process of the atmospheric pressure plasma-treated stainless steel sheet. The method further comprises a step(S202) of performing an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment process on the surface of the stainless steel sheet prior to the heating step. The atmospheric pressure plasma treating step includes steps of: applying a DC or AC power to a pair of electrodes disposed oppositely to each other and spaced apart from each other in a predetermined distance to generate an atmospheric pressure plasma; passing the stainless steel sheet between the pair of electrodes from which the atmospheric pressure plasma has been generated.
