A portable terminal mounted with a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) having a microphone therein is provided to be mounted with the microphone capable of inputting sound data in simple structure, and to minimize an installation height of the microphone, thereby more thinly configuring overall thickness of the terminal. A body(10) is equipped with a sound incoming hole(10a) on one side. A PCB(20) is mounted inside the body, and has a microphone mounting hole. Connection terminals are disposed at positions adjacent to the mounting hole. A coupling member is coupled with the mounting hole. A microphone(120) is electrically combined with the connection terminals of the PCB in connection with the coupling member. The body includes a mounting unit on which a microphone is mounted. A fixing groove is on the mounting unit.
