A hermetic compressor is provided to prevent short of the compressor by foreign substances and oil scattering from a rotary shaft, since a hermetic terminal is encircled and sealed by a cluster. A hermetic compressor comprises a hermetic terminal(10), and a cluster(20). The hermetic terminal penetrates a compressor casing to transmit external power to an internal space of the compressor casing. The cluster encircles an outer peripheral surface of the hermetic terminal, electrically connecting the hermetic terminal to a transmission mechanism installed on an internal space of the compressor casing.
