A mobile communication terminal and an antenna thereof are provided to transmit and receive signals in multi bands according to change of the number and positions of feeders connected to a key button. An antenna includes a keypad and a feed unit. The keypad includes at least two radiation units by electrically connecting at least one key button(10) made of conductive material. The feed unit feeds a signal to a predetermined region of the keypad. The feed unit feeds a signal to the key button through a connection line(15) connecting at least one key button. The feed unit feeds signals to at least two radiation units respectively.
