A brushing apparatus for rubbing cloth is provided to improve the quality of the rubbing cloth by improving file uniformity such as uprightness and directivity of file yarns and reduce a cost for manufacturing the rubbing cloth by reducing faults during a rubbing cloth manufacturing process. A body(210) is rotated by a driving device. A fillet member(220) is disposed along a spiral fillet line on an outer circumference of the body. By spirally bristling the fillet member, file yarns of rubbing cloth are uniformly arranged by the fillet member when the body is rotated. According as the files are uniformly arranged even at low fillet density, damage of the file caused by rubbing with the fillet is prevented. |
