摘要 A method for preparing a cell culturing scaffold is provided to obtain the scaffold with increased specific gravity which minimizes damages of the cell by shortening a time for isolating the cell and is easy to recover the cell by making a boundary layer definite when used in order to culture the cell. A method for preparing a cell culturing scaffold with increased specific gravity comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a bio-compatible polymer with an inorganic compound; (b) after mixing a bio-compatible polymer with a mixture obtained from a step(a), washing and drying it to prepare a scaffold; and (c) putting an immersion cell in the scaffold to recover the scaffold with increased specific gravity through a density gradient method, wherein the bio-compatible polymer is selected from the group consisting of poly lactic acid(PLA), poly L-lactic acid(PLLA), poly glycolic acid(PGA), poly lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA), polyvinylalcohol(PVA), collagen, alginate, chitosan, teflon, agar gel and polyacrylamide and the inorganic compound is selected from the group consisting of hydroxyapatite(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)3), titanium dioxide(TiO2), barium titanate(BiTiO3), zircon(ZrSiO4), zirconia dioxide(ZrO2), zinc oxide(ZnO), silicon dioxide(SiO2), indium oxide(In2O3) and tin oxide(SnO2). A cell culturing scaffold prepared by the method comprises the bio-compatible polymer and the inorganic compound for increasing the specific gravity and has a diameter of 10-250 micrometers. The cell culturing scaffold is used to culture a cell. Further, the cell culturing scaffold has 10-250 mum of diameter and is micro-bead type.
