ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM

摘要

An anisotropic conductive film is provided to improve the adhesion between adherents to be attached to each other while maintaining electric connection between the adherents semi-permanently. An anisotropic conductive film(10) comprises: an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer comprising 80-95 wt% of an insulation adhesive component, 2-10 wt% of conductive microparticles(12) and 2-10 wt% of a curing agent, wherein one surface of the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer is coated to an adherent(13,14) to carry out adhesion of the adherent; and a cover film attached to the back surface of the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer. The anisotropic conductive film has a post-curing modulus of 10^6-10^9 Pa.
