A document paper holding device of a forklift truck is provided to hold a document paper in addition to a function for opening and closing a cover by installing a lower support and a document paper supporting bar on the cover. A document paper holding device of a forklift truck includes an installation box(10), a cover(15), and handles(20). The installation box contains accessaries and hydraulic components and is installed at one side of a driver's seat(S). The cover is installed to cover an opened one side of the installation box. The handles are mounted at the cover to be gripped by a user in case of opening of the cover. The handles are formed in a shape surrounding the outside of the cover and form a document paper space(25) between the handles and the cover.
