<p>A process for producing nanoparticles of imidazole is provided to increase the effective sectional area of imidazole particles and skin absorption rate of imidazole through the supercritical fluid process using supercritical carbon dioxide, so that the therapeutic effects of imidazole on dandruff are improved. A process for producing nanoparticles of imidazole comprises the steps of: (1) dissolving 0.0001-0.50 wt.% of imidazole in ethanol as an organic solvent to prepare a mixture solution; (2) contacting the mixture solution with supercritical carbon dioxide as supercritical fluid through spraying to form imidazole nanoparticles; (3) removing the organic solvent from the imidazole nanoparticles by using the additional supercritical fluid; and (4) recovering the formed imidazole nanoparticles.</p> |
