HIGH TEMPERATURE GAS PHASED FUEL INJECTOR USING HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE

A spraying device for spraying gas-phase emulsion fuel is provided to improve heat efficiency and to reduce harmful wastes by spraying high-temperature fuel into a boiler. A spraying device for spraying gas-phase emulsion fuel comprises a pressing section(2) and a heating section to spray high-temperature fuel. The pressing section and line sections(3,8) are pressed at atmospheric pressure above 50 Pa to atomize liquid. Heat exchange sections(7,11) are provided to allow sprayed gas to have a temperature above 500°C by taking the maximum mass flow rate into consideration. The heat exchange section includes a preheater(10) used for initial operation of a burner. A relief valve(4) is provided between the pressing section and the heating section.
