An anti-bacterial bed type jade sofa having a nano-silver coating sheet, is provided to relax a pain of a body by using a thermal function if necessary, to increase an anti-bacterial property by using the nano-silver coating sheet, and to dissolve every kind of harmful gas and to remove a bad smell, so as to keep a surrounding in a clear and pleasant state. An anti-bacterial bed type jade sofa having a nano-silver coating sheet, includes: a sofa unit(110), having a support(112) which is formed in a rectangular plate shape and has a determined height, a sofa mattress which is arranged on the support so that a user is seated thereon, a backboard(116), and an arm rest(118); a bed unit(120), having a support(122) which has the same shape as that of the sofa unit, a bed mattress(124) which is arranged on the support so that he/she lies thereon and has a sleep, and an arm rest(128); and many legs(130), installed on the underside of the supports of the sofa and the bed units so that the sofa and the bed units are distanced by a determined height from the ground surface.
