METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODES DISPLAY DEVICE

A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device is provided to minimize damage of the display device such as deterioration of an organic film layer due to moisture or oxygen by minimizing moisture or oxygen inside the display device. A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display device includes the steps of: loading first and second substrates in a bonding chamber(S110); primarily aligning the first and second substrates loaded in the bonding chamber(S120); repeatedly performing a purge process to inject inert gas into the chamber after forming vacuum of first pressure through pumping of gas inside the chamber(S130); forming vacuum of second pressure by pumping the inert gas inside the chamber(S140); secondarily aligning the first and second substrates inside the chamber(S150); and bonding the first and second substrates by injecting the inert gas into the chamber(S160).
