A portable image magnification device is provided to expand an image taken on a lens of an image processing device, and to be solely and simply attached to or detached from the image processing device without changing a structure of the image processing device, thereby realizing usage convenience. A casing member(30) is solely attached to or detached from a lens(110) of an image processing device(100), and is transparently configured to enable transmission of light from the outside. A lens unit(50) is equipped inside the casing member, and realizes an image expanding function in cooperation with the lens. The lens unit is provided as a low-magnification lens. The lens of the image processing device is configured to realize the image expanding function in cooperation while being provided as an eyepiece.
