An information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program are provided to solve mismatch between usual file management and file management based on a management file efficiently and to remove defective operation resulting from the mismatch. A digital video camera(1) includes an optical system(2), a photoelectric converter(3), a camera function part(6), a video signal processor(4), a CPU(10), a display part(7), an image input/output part(5), and a media controller(13). The projected light is imaged by the photoelectric converter. A driving signal is outputted from the camera function part. The photoelectric converter has a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) and a CMOS sensor, generates an image pickup signal, and outputs the image pickup signal to the video signal processor. The signal processor converts the video signal inputted by the image input/output part into recorded data and transmits the recorded data to the media controller. |
