METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE THEREOF

A method for manufacturing a plasma display and a plasma display apparatus using the same are provided to improve the reliability of the plasma display panel by reducing the generation of bubbles. Paste for forming a black matrix is located on a substrate(100). Paste for forming an electrode is placed on the substrate(110). Paste for a dielectric is laminated on the substrate(120). The paste for forming the black matrix, the paste for forming the electrode, and the paste for forming the dielectric are simultaneously sintered(130). Thermogravimetry of the paste for forming the electrode is greater than that of the paste for forming the dielectric. Thermogravimetry of the paste for forming the dielectric is greater than that of the paste for forming the black matrix. Therefore, organic components contained in the pastes for forming the black matrix, the dielectric and the electrode are sequentially burned out.
