A blowing device for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to simplify structure by installing a tube at a side wall of an intake duct and sucking internal air when sucking external air. A blowing device(100) for a vehicle comprises an intake duct(110), a scroll case(120), and an internal air guiding unit(140). The internal air guiding unit has an inlet, an outlet, and a tube(141). The inlet is placed at an outer part of the intake duct. The outlet is formed in the intake duct and extended to a certain position of the intake duct to be bent toward a blowing fan. The tube is installed at a side wall of the intake duct.
