A key panel having an optical waveguide sheet with an actuator is provided to improve light transmission efficiency from the optical waveguide sheet to a keypad by forming a light emitting unit on the optical waveguide sheet. A key panel includes a printed circuit board(10), a metal dome sheet(20), a keypad(30), and an optical waveguide sheet(40). The printed circuit board has a fixed contact(13) and a light source(14). The metal dome sheet is installed on the printed circuit board and has a metal dome(21) switched with the fixed contact. The keypad is installed on the metal dome sheet to press the metal dome to be in contact with the fixed contact. The optical waveguide sheet is installed between the metal dome sheet and the keypad to transmit light of the light source to the keypad and has a protruded actuator(44) to press the metal dome by the keypad.
