A disk guide device of a disk drive is provided to improve contact between the guide roller and a disk by supplying magnetic force to the guide arm, so as to guide the disk stably. A disk guide device of a disk drive comprises an eject arm(80), first and second guide arms(68a,68b), and a guide rail(66). The eject arm is rotated at a main chassis(50) to guide the sides of a disk. The first guide arm is connected to an elastic member(70) and installed with a magnetic guide pin(72). The second guide arm is rotated on a rotary pin(68b') and formed with a guide slot(74) where the guide pin is guided. The guide rail guides the side ends of the disk. The guide pin and the rotary pin provide magnetic force to the disk.
