An organic light emitting diode device is provided to improve a luminous efficiency, a life, and a color coordinate at the same time. An organic light emitting diode device includes: a first electrode(110); a first charge injection layer(120) disposed on the first electrode; a first charge transport layer(130) disposed on the first charge injection layer; an auxiliary light emitting layer(140) disposed on the first charge transport layer; an organic light emitting layer(150) which is disposed on the auxiliary light emitting layer and has greater luminous efficiency than the auxiliary light emitting layer; and a second electrode(180) disposed on the organic light emitting layer.
