An insole for footwear is provided to allow a bad smell and humidity, caused from the inside the footwear to be discharged out of the latter very quickly, so as to improve the properties of hygiene and wearing considerably. An insole(1) for footwear includes: upper and lower sheets(2,3), formed in such a manner that a synthetic resin film is fastened by means of a high-frequency adhesion; a damping and compressing member(13), arranged on the upper sheets so as to be located in a rear side near to a heel of the footwear; a chamber(4), inside which the damping and compressing member is arranged; an air feeding unit(6), connected to the chamber so as to feed the air to the chamber; and an air discharging unit(8), connected to the chamber so as to discharge the air from the chamber. |
