FABRICATION METHOD OF DISINFECTION WATER USING ELECTROLYSIS AND THE APPARATUS THEREOF

A method and an apparatus for the production of sterilizing disinfection water using electrolysis are provided to produce disinfection water safely using salt or seawater, produce sterilizing with constant sterilizing and purifying power, adjust the concentration of hypochlorous acid contained in sterilizing water in real-time, automate the preparation of salt water, condition of electrolysis, internal return of sterilizing water, and transfer and storage of sterilizing water, and increase the generation efficiency of hypochlorous acid generated by electrolysis using a special metal electrode. An apparatus for the production of sterilizing disinfection water using electrolysis comprises: a salt water tank(130) for mixing water with seawater or salt stored in a salt tank(110) to produce and store salt water; an electrolysis unit(150) for receiving and electrolyzing salt water stored in the salt water tank to produce disinfection water containing hypochlorous acid; a power supply unit(151) for applying a voltage to an electrode plate installed in the electrolysis unit; a first storage tank(160) for receiving and storing disinfection water of the electrolysis unit; a first sensor(161) installed on the first storage tank to detect the concentration of hypochlorous acid of the disinfection water stored in the first tank; an internal return line for transferring the disinfection water stored in the first tank to the electrolysis unit; a second storage tank(170) for receiving and storing the disinfection water of the first storage tank; and a control part(180) for receiving an output of the first sensor to control a transfer path of the disinfection water stored in the first storage tank, and controlling the power supply unit to control electrolysis conditions including a voltage applied during the electrolysis, an applying time of the voltage, and a polarity of the applying voltage. Further, the apparatus for the production of sterilizing disinfection water using electrolysis additionally contains a supply pump(40) for supplying the disinfection water of the first storage tank to the second storage tank and an internal return pump(30) for supplying the disinfection water of the first storage tank to internal return line.
