An LC(Liquid Crystal) panel(100) comprises a first substrate(110), a second substrate(120) facing the first substrate, and an LC layer(130) interposed between the first and second substrates. A first polarizing plate(210) is disposed in a lower side of the LC panel. A second polarizing plate(220) is disposed in an upper side of the LC panel. A retardation compensation film(300) is disposed between the LC panel and one of the first and second polarizing plates. The retardation compensation film has an in-plane retardation value and a thickness direction retardation value. The in-plane retardation value having reverse wavelength dispersion is increased according as a wavelength is increased. The thickness directional retardation value is reduced according as a wavelength is increased.
