An optical laminate and an LC panel using the same are provided to suppress change of a retardation value of a positive C plate under high temperature and humidity by providing an adhesion enhancement layer between a retardation layer and an adhesive layer. An optical laminate(100) comprises the following sequentially. A first retardation layer(10) has a refractive index profile of nx>ny=nz. A second retardation layer(20) has a refractive index profile of nz>nx=ny. An adhesion enhancement layer(30) contains polyethyleneimine as a main component. An adhesive layer(40) is included in a side of the adhesion enhancement layer where the second retardation layer is not provided.
